The group of Nonlinear Dynamics and Complex Systems (NDCS) at Department of Physics, NUS works in many aspects of nonlinear physics, such as classical chaos and its applications, quantum chaos and its application in mesoscopic physics, quantum computing and computer, turbulence and its control, fluid dynamics and aerodynamics, nonlinear time series analysis and solitary wave communication, control and synchronization of nonlinear dynamical systems, nonlinear dynamics in life science. The group’s outputs have been published mainly in premier journals such as Physical Review Letters.

The group has two faculty staffs, Professor Lai Choy Heng and Associate  Professor Li Baowen, 10 research fellows and a few postgraduate students.

Student interested in postgraduate programme please contact: phylaich@nus.edu.sg, or phylibw@nus.edu.sg .
